Terms and Conditions for orders and payments
Retkeilymetsä Hevonkuusi (Tmi K. Karhuniemi, Business ID 2274177-4) rents out time slots for private and corporate use of the forest area. We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and to prices. All prices include VAT.
Booking a time slot
Time slots are booked and paid through the online booking system. Special events are booked by phone or email, after which the customer receives an electronic payment link. Once the payment has been received, the customer will receive a booking confirmation by email.
Payment
The payment intermediary for the booking system is Visma Pay (Paybyway Oy, Business ID 2486559-4), which is registered in the payment institution register maintained by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority. Payments are made through Visma Pay’s online service, and Visma Pay or Visma Payments Oy will appear as the recipient on your bank statement or invoice. Visma Pay forwards payments to the online merchant. Payments are secure, as all transaction information is transmitted via an encrypted connection, ensuring that no third party can access payment details. The purchase agreement is formed between the customer and Tmi K. Karhuniemi / Retkeilymetsä Hevonkuusi, who is responsible for all obligations related to the transaction. You can pay for Nature Exercise Sessions (1h / 2h / 3h) using Edenred, Epassi, or Smartum mobile payment. Search for Hevonkuuseen.fi in your chosen benefit provider’s app and make the full payment for your session there first. Then, book your session from the booking menu under Luontoliikkujan Hevonkuusi. At the payment stage, enter the discount code “Edenred”, “Epassi”, or “Smartum” according to your provider. The booking and payment must be made under the same person’s name.
Delivery
After booking and payment, you will receive a confirmation email. The gate access code will be sent to your email no later than 30 minutes before your reserved time begins.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you are unable to attend, your booking can be rescheduled free of charge to another time. The rescheduling option is valid for 12 months, and the change can be made once. To reschedule, you must notify us at least 24 hours before the original booking time.
If you wish to cancel your booking entirely, this must also be done at least 24 hours before the start of your booking. For cancellations, a processing fee of seven euros (€7) will be charged. If the booking is cancelled less than 24 hours before the reserved time, no refund will be issued. Please note that payments made with sports benefits cannot be refunded.

Payment Methods
Through the Visma Pay service, you can pay using online banking credentials, digital wallets, payment cards (credit/debit), invoice, or installment payment.
